Django Horizons is made with Wagtail, a CMS built on top of the Django web framework. I used Tailwind for CSS, PostgreSQL for data handling and AWS S3 for storing media files. This website is hosted on Fly.io, a PaaS I happily endorse due to its generous free tier and relatively good Django support.
